Tablelands Pastoral Company

Customer: The Linde Family - Tablelands Pastoral Company

Business Names: Tablelands Poll Herefords and Angus, Aussaka Akaushi and Tablelands Pastoral Prime Lamb

Location: Dangarsleigh, NSW

Enterprise Type: Cattle / Lamb

Products Used: Sheep Finisher Pellets

Nestled in the heart of the Northern NSW Tablelands, the Linde family — Rudolph, Charlotte and their daughters, Rucha and Ruby — run one of the region’s most impressive and forward-thinking mixed livestock operations. From their Tablelands Poll Herefords, Angus and Akaushi cattle studs through to the Tablelands Prime Lamb intensive lamb finishing enterprise, the focus is the same across every paddock: animal welfare, traceability and producing a premium product that delivers true value across the supply chain.

With a commitment to year-round production, the family aims to finish around 9,500–10,000 lambs annually. The business relies upon high-quality feed, smart management and a genuine team approach.

“We can’t do what we do without each other,” Charlotte shares. “It’s very much a family business, and every one of us plays a role in making it all work.”

Rudolph agrees, emphasising the connection between well-being and performance: “A healthy animal is a productive animal. Welfare isn’t just part of our business - it’s the foundation of it. It all starts with high-quality feed, made using quality ingredients from sustainable growers.”

Their strong focus on quality, consistency and consumer experience is what makes Tablelands such a valued partner for Summit Milling.

We’re proud to support families like the Lindes, who continue to lift the standard of livestock production across the New England region.
